  • Brazilian Jiu-
    Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fightingIt teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique – most notably by applying joint-locks and choke-holds to defeat the other person. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments, mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense. Sparring (commonly referred to as "rolling") and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition, in relation to progress and ascension through its ranking system.
  • Muay Thai (Kick Boxing)
     is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" or the "Science of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in boxing and "four points" (hands and feet) used in other more regulated combat sports, such as kickboxing and boxing.
  • Boxing 
    Boxing is a popular sport that involves two athletes, wearing padded gloves, throwing punches against each other  A boxing match typically consists of numerous timed periods (rounds) where the opponents match their skills (strength, speed/ agility, endurance and will-power) to defeat the each other - the most preferred method being a "knockout."

    Our boxing classes teach proper stance, distance control, punching, and other offensive and defensive techniques. Additionally, students participate in warm-ups and other exercises to focus on agility, endurance, and strength training that supports and compliments coordination and other important boxing skills.

  • Wrestling
    Traditional wrestling represents one of the oldest forms of combat. Today, wrestling is a popular sport involving various grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws, leg take-downs, and pins.

    A wrestling match consists of a physical competition between two opponents, who attempt to gain and maintain a superior position, with the ultimate goal of pinning the other to the ground. 

    Our wrestling classes teach proper stance, take-down, and control techniques from the ground. Often wrestling techniques are a critical element to self-defense and mixed martial arts.

  • Mixed martial arts (MMAMixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines the use martial arts and other standing and ground fighting maneuvers. A MMA fight consists of two opponents, typically in a cage or boxing ring, throwing punches, kicks and attempting take downs to defeat the other by a knock-out or submission.

    Our MMA classes teach tactical and strategic stand-up, striking and ground-fighting maneuvers - employing techniques from Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Wrestling.

  • Self-defense/Anti-Bully Designed for children and adults of all ages, this class teaches techniques that build self-confidence and eventually eliminates or reduces the fear of confrontation. This is achieved by bringing awareness to common bullying tactics as well as teaching self-defense techniques.

    Students are taught to understand their environment and avoid confrontation, if possible, with safety being the first priority. In addition, our instructors work with the parents to establish proper methods for taking responsibility and involving the correct authorities to assist with the issues they are faced with.

  • Street To You Program Our "one of a kind" training solution where we bring the training to you!

    Designed for those interested in learning self-defense and fitness, but can not make it to the gym. Our instructors bring their expertise to your home, office, or other location.

    Whether training individually or with a group, you can expect the same great instruction at your home or office as you would at our training facility!

  • Panther Cubs Program A program designed to teach children self-defense and fitness. We introduce children, ages 4 to 13 years old, to various self-defense techniques and teach them the importance of exercise and focusing on a healthy lifestyle.

  • Fitness Boot Camp Fitness Boot Camp is a program of physical training activities designed to develop strength and fitness through a variety of intense exercises.

    The term "Boot Camp" is used because the course's methods compare similarly to a military-style boot-camp, where an instructor directs a group of participants through the exercises, often times outside or at a training facility.

    Our Fitness Boot Camp classes consist of various exercises and can include flexibility exercises, aerobic exercises, and strength training. Our instructors create a fun training atmosphere while "pushing" the participants to maintain a manageable level of intensity and achieve a healthy workout.

  • Submission Wrestling( NoGi) taking elements from various martial arts and grappling sports, like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and traditional / folk-style wrestling - Submission Wrestling is a sport where competitors do not wear a traditional uniform (Kimono / Gi) and therefore do not have the advantage of using material to grip for throws or use for other control holds. The emphasis, instead, is placed more on ground techniques and submission holds.  The term "submission" is used because the objective of a match is to win by a joint-lock or choke-hold maneuver that forces the opponent to give up (or submit the match).

    Our Submission Wrestling classes teach proper stance, submission & leverage techniques, as well as other control techniques from the ground.
